Hello, my name is Semin and I am the team leader of the technical support team.
Our technical support team is part of the technical department that oversees all of Coreline's technologies and consists of 6 people, including me. We manage the entire lifecycle of Coreline's medical AI solution AVIEW, including installation and updates, fault response, B2B integration, project management, and build customized systems based on various integration methods.
Today, I would like to briefly introduce the role and know-how of the technical support team in the German LCS pilot project HANSE (Holistic study Assessing a Northern German Interdisciplinary lung cancer Screening Effort), which has been running for the past three years.

The HANSE project was successfully concluded after the collaboration and efforts of many people, and has made a significant contribution to the field of lung cancer screening using AI solutions. The project was developed in close collaboration with key opinion leaders in the German healthcare community and was a comprehensive study assessing an interdisciplinary lung cancer screening effort in Northern Germany. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Jens Vogel-Claussen, 5,000 subjects were screened in a one-year baseline study and one-year follow-up.
It is particularly noteworthy that a second reading (blinded reading) is mandatory, and incidental findings (emphysema, coronary artery calcification) can also be reported.
In the HANSE project, GJPS and L-RADS protocols were used, and a hybrid package combining cloud and on-premise was utilized.
The main goal of the HANSE project was to establish a systematic lung cancer screening system in northern Germany, and our technical support team aimed to 'contribute to the success of the project through smooth system operation and quick customer response'.
In particular, we focused on smooth communication with German medical staff and customized support. Based on our previous experience in Taiwan, iDNA, K-LUCAS, RISP, and other projects, we fully understood the characteristics of international projects.
Based on this, we were able to build a support system optimized for the HANSE project. To facilitate the deployment and utilization of AVIEW, we have established the following internal support structure.
1. Established a real-time monitoring system
2. Regular system updates and optimization
3. Introduced user workflows and patient-facing reports
4. Supporting various AI solutions
(Nodule CAD, Emphysema, Coronary Calcium, Airway segmentation, Texture anlaysis, etc.)
As project coordinator, we worked closely with participating medical institutions such as MHH (Hannover Medical School), Univ Hospital Lubeck, Lung Hospital Grosshansdorf, etc. through weekly meetings to support the smooth operation of the AVIEW system.

On the customer service side, we worked closely with the participating healthcare organizations through weekly video conferences. Over the course of three years, we held at least 150 Teams meetings, as well as live communication via phone calls and messages when necessary.
This constant communication allowed us to pinpoint customer needs and respond quickly, resulting in high levels of satisfaction.
For the failure response process, we established a 'regular monitoring system' and the principle of 'initial response within 2 hours'. We conducted root cause analysis for all failure situations and continuously improved the system to prevent recurrence.
In addition, we conducted customer feedback surveys every quarter to improve service quality. These efforts helped us to quickly resolve technical issues that may have arisen during the project.

Building on the success of the HANSE project, the Official German LCS (Lung Cancer Screening) program is now being launched.
This represents a major step forward in establishing a systematic and effective lung cancer early detection system across Germany.
Our team is ready to provide optimal support for the new German LCS program, thanks to the wealth of experience and know-how gained through the HANSE Project. Our strengths include
1. deep understanding of the German lung cancer screening system
2. Familiarity with German-specific regulatory and data protection requirements (including support for pseudonymization)
3. User-friendly German LCS support (Independent 2nd reading, conference support, etc.)
4. Ability to run and coordinate large-scale projects
5. 24/7 rapid response technical support system (Korean, US, German engineers available)
With these experiences and capabilities, we are confident that we can be an essential partner for the successful implementation and operation of the German LCS program. Through the efficient utilization of the AVIEW system, we will help more patients across Germany to detect lung cancer at an early stage and receive appropriate treatment.
Through continued innovation and dedicated service, we will continue to contribute to the development of lung cancer screening programs in Germany, ultimately improving the health of the German people and the efficiency of the healthcare system.
Our success in the HANSE project is just the beginning.
With the understanding and know-how of German lung cancer screening that CorelineSoft has gained,
we are confident that we will be able to achieve even greater results in the German LCS program!
