Q. Hello, Mr. Wonseok Ryu. Please give us a brief introduction and tell us how you are looking forward to 2025.
Hello, I'm Wonseok Ryu, AVIEW LCS PLUS Sales Manager of Domestic Business Team and New Business Development Team. Like all Core People, I feel that 2024 is a year that Coreline Soft started with high expectations due to our listing in September 2023. In 2025, as a member of the New Business Development Team, I will actively explore and develop innovative solutions and technologies in the current IT healthcare industry as well as CorelineSoft's existing products. I am also excited to collaborate with various partnerships to deliver value beyond our customers' expectations and achieve sustainable growth.

Q. When you meet customers, do you realize their trust in Coreline Soft?
Coreline Soft's flagship product is currently supplied to Kangbuk Samsung Hospital, and recently, major university hospitals such as Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital, Bucheon St. Mary's Hospital, Chungnam National University Hospital, and Changwon Gyeongsang National University Hospital have also decided to purchase it.
Moreover, there is a lot of interest from radiologists who have actually used the product through the national lung cancer screening project, and we are gaining high credibility in the field of AI, especially in the field of analyzing CT images.
Q. The market's reaction and interest in AI medical software must have changed.
Many hospitals are already using products from various companies, including JLC, Vuno, Lunit, and DeepNoid (in order of listing time). Vuno's DeepCAS has been recognized as a new medical technology and is expected to be adopted by hospitals in 2023, raising expectations for uncompensated care revenue. JLC's stroke diagnosis AI solution was also selected as an innovative medical technology, and CorelineSoft's cerebral hemorrhage AI software was also recognized as an innovative medical technology.
CorelineSoft's cerebral hemorrhage AI software 'AVIEW NeuroCAD' was selected as an innovative medical technology, which is a program that assists emergency departments in the emergency diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage. Many hospitals have already requested seminars for comparative adoption, and a total of 16 hospitals have applied to use the product, including Ilsan Baek Hospital, Gumicha Hospital, Hwahong Hospital, and Sejong Chungnam University Hospital.
It is also significant in that innovative medical technologies, which have been slow to be adopted for some time, are showing signs of revitalization with the consent agreement between the KFDA and the NECA being consolidated.
In particular, there is good news that hospitals that have used the product in Korea are opening a screening center in Hanoi, Vietnam, and are considering using the excellent CHEST AI solution that has been proven in Korean medical sites in Vietnam.
Q. Still, were there any unexpected crises, etc.?
In early 2024, doctors at major university hospitals went on strike due to the government's announcement to expand the number of doctors. This led to a shortage of medical staff at major hospitals, and purchases scheduled for the first half of the year began to be postponed due to the growing deficit.
In addition, hospitals where innovative medical technologies were introduced encountered internal problems with consent forms, which delayed the pace of revenue growth that was expected internally. Nevertheless, everyone is once again moving forward with a positive mindset as CorelineSoft's overseas divisions are making tangible progress in the lung cancer screening business in Europe.
In addition, with the news of the purchase of RT ACS products that have been on hold for a long time, and the good results of hospitals that prepared for the AI voucher business in 2024, we are once again feeling the power of the saying that crisis is opportunity.
In November 2024, we had the opportunity to introduce AVIEW COPD, ILA, ILD, etc. to professors from various fields such as respiratory medicine, thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, nuclear medicine, pathology, pain medicine, etc. in addition to radiology, emergency medicine, and orthopedics.
In the process, plans were made to demonstrate CorelineSoft's products at hospitals in various fields, and the valuable time spent listening to the needs of various departments provided us with an opportunity to rethink the direction of our domestic business in 2025 from various angles.
Q. Sales is all about building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and getting them to experience the product in the field.
What are some of your key points as a Coreline Soft sales representative?
It is not easy to visit major university and general hospitals and meet with imaging readers, who are the main users of our product, without a prior appointment. Especially, the reading rooms are located in hard-to-find places inside the hospital, and even if you enter the reading room, it is very difficult to meet with the readers who are hidden by the darkroom curtains. Nevertheless, confidently visiting each hospital and recommending the use of the product means that you have confidence in the product.
For a salesperson, it's a great feeling to sell a good product. CorelineSoft AVIEW applies the latest technology to provide the best experience for users, and its performance has already been recognized by many customers. Therefore, we confidently offer demos and take the trouble to connect the product. The power to make confident suggestions in the field, and the experience of those who recognize the value of the product, is the pride of the company and the salesperson. Q. What are your ambitions and plans as a salesperson, the first line of communication between the company and the customer?
I always wear my CorelineSoft employee card around my neck. When a hospital asks me, "How can I help you?", I show them my name tag and say, "I'm from CorelineSoft, the world's No. 1 CHEST CT AI solution, may I see the hospital director or the chief of CHEST CT reading?". I believe that my confident demeanor translates into customer trust.
In 2025, we are planning to create a new market in the screening market, not only as a diagnostic assistant program for radiologists, but also by incorporating various solutions developed by CorelineSoft into the results that screening examinees can receive after CT scans. "There have been many winds in 2024, but we are weathering them well together and will continue to move forward step by step in the direction we think is right!"
